Job description:
 
This person will work with a team of scientists and engineers to develop advanced processes for GaN epitaxial growth in multi-wafer MOCVD reactors. This person will be expected to perform all tasks related to MOCVD epitaxial growth including equipment maintenance, epitaxial layer characterization, data management and analysis, process scheduling and documentation. The individual should be able to work independently and analyze process issues.  

Experience with GaN or other compound semiconductor epitaxial growth is preferred.  

Ability to be a team player, good communication skills and capability to complete the tasks on time is essential.
 
 
The specific skills of the candidate that we looking for are:

• Familiarity with GaN epitaxial growth using MOCVD tools.
• Familiarity with characterization of compound semiconductor epitaxial materials.
• Basic knowledge of basic device physics and fabrication.
• Experience working in a start-up environment is preferred, but not required.
