Job description:
 
The prime responsibilities for the person in this position are semiconductor equipment installation and maintenance. Additional responsibilities include development of specific semiconductor processes. A person in this position will be a part of a dynamic team developing new generation of power devices. Ideal candidate should have deep knowledge of the semiconductor equipment and 5 years hands on experience in the semiconductor industry.   Ability to be a team player, problem solving and communication skills and strong hands-on experience are essential..
 
 
The specific skills of the candidate that we looking for are:

• Experience installing semiconductor equipment like sputtering systems, LPCVD furnaces, mask aligners, etc.
• Experience maintaining semiconductor equipment including systems like RIE, ICP, Evaporator, Sputtering, PECVD, MOCVD, process benches, contact aligners, etc.
• Experience designing/building or maintaining class 1000 or better clean room facility.
• Troubleshooting and repairing semiconductor equipment; vacuum systems, RF circuits, etc.
• Experience processing semiconductor devices is preferred.
• Experience with development of the semiconductor processes like plasma etching, wet etching metal deposition, etc. is preferred.
